December, 22nd I have made a booking for December, 23rd and return to the Airport of Abu Dhabi December, 30th. At the beginning it was working smooth. For a Lexus I should pay 95 AED to reach the Hotel. The pick up time should have been at 10:00 p.m. Upon arrival the Driver has informed us to meet next to Costas Coffee Shop the last exit on the right. The problem was that he wasn't there. The Meeting Point was inside and he should stand there with a Board and written name. But he wasn't standing there. Outside after searching for him he arrived 10 minutes later and explained that he ment a different exit opposite what he has written. So finally we have had the ride in the comfortable Lexus. I have paid him cash. December, 29th we have contacted CITYLINK because we haven't got a confirmation to pick up us at 4:00 a.m. December, 30th. It was impossible with several tries to get connected to Staff from Citylink. Finally we got a message that they will verify it. But we haven't got any answer/reply. At about 3:30 a.m. the Driver has confirmed to be there right in time. Then we got a different message from another Driver who also wanted to pick up us from the Hotel. The Driver was from India. His skills of English were poor. CITYLINK was also not reachable with WhatsApp. The Return ride has worked with many problems. Citylink needs to work at their Service. It is necessary that they are reachable at any time.

Absolutely fantastic service the communication even before we left the UK was amazing. We knew exactly where to meet the Driver. He was already there Ready to meet us. He took all of our suitcases already had the air-conditioning on in the car and some great music 👍 very nice, comfortable Lexus and our driver Abdul Jaleel was very professional super safe driving and very informative of all the landmarks we were passing on our way to the hotel. I would 100% recommend this company 👍
